Welcome. Welcome to another episode of Bella in your business. Today’s story time. And we’re gonna. I can’t wait to tell you guys this, because this has been a long time in the making, and you’ve actually been a part of it and haven’t even known it. And I’m gonna tell you all about it today. Today is a success story. It is unlike any other success story that I literally get every single week, because jumpers jump, and you guys are really killing it and doing it.

Amazing. But I always love to shout from the rooftops like a proud mama bear when I see you guys actually taking the advice and then blasting off with it. So let me. Let me back up a little bit. This is a story, a true story about Leah from wonder pups in Florida. And, you know, about a year ago, this woman was building her business. She was building her foundations. She’s been in the mastermind and better marketing with Bella for a long time.

And as you know, our doors are open for better marketing. And Bella, they closed this week, but we were only able to work with a certain amount of people, and we can only onboard a certain amount of people because the immense assets that we give you, along with the strategy and the one on one, like, training, is a lot. Anyways, that’s another story for another time. Better. Sorry. Jump consulting.net, forward slash marketing. If you want to jump on board and be like leah and a lot of other people, but this is actually a story that encompasses everything. You know, like, we’ve.

Her and I have been doing intensives. We’ve been doing better marketing with Bella, and we’ve been doing the mastermind. And this time last year, you know, we were building all the foundation for her business. Guys, this doesn’t happen overnight. Um, and it doesn’t happen without struggle, okay? But, um, last year, she was a solo preneur. It was her running. She has, um, some, uh, some two boys that actually listen to the podcast.

What’s up? If you guys are listening to it right now. And, um, I love it. I love when your whole family gets in on it. And, uh, she. She now has employees. She has, like, a handful of employees now. And she’s even you, you know, promoting them to management positions and more leadership roles and things. But this didn’t just happen overnight, and it didn’t happen by accident.

So I need to take you through these events all the way up to what inspired this episode today, because I saw something that she just did, and I’m gonna play it for you, too. Because it is remarkably inspiring. But you have to understand the whole. The whole story. I’m gonna give you all the chapters. I’m not gonna just tell you about the final chapter. While we were creating all this foundation. And when she first started hiring, I believe it was in December of 2023 at the recording.

It’s now October 2024. Tomorrow is actually her birthday. This will come out on Thursday. It would have been her birthday on Monday. So, happy birthday, girl. And when she started hiring, she understood the concept of these hiring phases that we do. And she was also on a couple episodes back in March about her success with jazz HR, because she literally does not have a hiring problem. Everyone else has.

So many people say they have hiring problems. I. My jumpers don’t, and she’s one of them. And, um, you can go back to that episode, too. I’ll try to put it in the show notes. Um, I I don’t know what one is off the top of my head, and I don’t have it in the notes here for today. However, um, we are gonna keep going on here. So, she specifically hired for people that weren’t just dog lovers, just don’t have a pulse, and that’ll show up and.

And go walk dogs or do. Do pet sitting. Right. She wanted people who. She could build them up, and she could have them for office managers and who were friendly and able to be on camera and go on social media, which this is foreshadowing. So stay with me. And, you know, I see so many sitters get discouraged by when they put into some of their phases. You know, send me a video, and I’ve heard a lot of people bashed it online, too.
And that’s fine. That’s, you know, stinking thinking, negative thinking. That’s fine. You can stay there. But it works. If you have a goal to bring on people that are not just pet sitters and dog walkers, that are multifaceted, that. That can sell, that can talk at booths at an event, that can go on camera and take over your instagram and. And help you get the word out there, then that’s.

You got to start planning for that during your hiring phases and every single phase. I’ve talked about this many episodes, as well. Hopefully, we can find out some and put it in the show notes for you. Um, if you can figure out what you’re looking for and put them in your phases and every single phase kind of tests. And for each one of those, maybe communication is really important to you. Maybe attention to detail, compassion, empathy, you know, and each phase actually tests for this. A lot of people make that mistake, and they don’t do that. And they say, oh, my hiring process doesn’t work.

Well. Leah put hours and hours and hours, and I helped her. We did this in our intensives, and we really built out this process to the point that we built it out. And then we saw where some things weren’t coming back necessarily the way that she intended, so we tweaked them, because guess what? That’s what you gotta do. The hiring process needs to be involved. And, like, lots of, like, lots of steps long and involved. Yet for the person, like I talked about in the last episode, for the person going through it, it is a falling in love. It is a courtship.

It is a marketing. It is marketing, and people don’t think of it that way, and they’re missing the boat so hard. It doesn’t have to be as hard as they think. You just have to know exactly what you want, and a lot of people don’t do that work. Well, Leah did that work, and Leah figured out exactly who she’s. Who she was looking for. And now you fast forward to October 2024, and she is now the fruits of her labor. So, guys, back in episode two, I’m sorry, 408, I talked to you, and I went in a little bit more depth inside the mastermind, but I talked to you guys.

The fact that fourth quarter was coming, that it’s here, and that this is the best time to get your name and your. I’m sorry, I’m, like, yelling right now because I’m so excited. Hope I’m not blowing out your speakers, but I was talking about the fact that fourth quarter is one of the best quarters in the entire year to get your name out there. Because there’s fall festivals and there’s Halloween things, and there’s. And there’s Thanksgiving events and, and there’s winter festivals and there’s Santa Paz, and there’s all this stuff happening. And it’s really easy for you to jump on to other people’s events or to create your own event. Okay. And really, really get your name out there.

But now, one of the things I also talked about was that we needed to do this systematically so that you’re not, like, trying to redo this every single time you have an event, because that’s exhausting. That prevents you from going to have an event because you’re like, I don’t have the time to get everything together, or, oh, only I can do it. I can’t really send one of my staff there, because they don’t know what to do. Not if you’re a jumper. So what we did is Leah heard me talk about a lot of this, and we talked about it deeper in the mastermind on her file, which is where we kind of go back and forth. They tag me, and, oh, gosh, I’m thinking of even more things now. I gave them her an email last week. She was like, I’m brain dead.

What should I do for this email? And so she, um, she’s. I think she’s putting it out. But one of our other members, Maggie, put it out and instantly got, like, a $600 booking. Yeah. So, um, return on investment much? I get such a kick out of this. Such a kick. Oh, it was Michaela, not Maggie. Sorry.

It was Michaela who got it. I get the m’s mixed up sometimes. Um, so anyways, so this is the progression. So she, she figured out her hiring process because she wanted a multifaceted person that could really, you know, help grow her company with her and could do more than just take care of the pets. Then she was inspired and heard me talk about fourth quarter, and, hey, you should really be thinking about doing this stuff. And she says, all right, Belle, what should we do? And she’s like, well, I have one of these intensive. So let’s talk about it. So last week, we spent 45 minutes outlining an SoP for what her goal was at this event.

Um, it was a fall festival trunk, trunk, or treat event. What her goal was, how she was going to accomplish it, what the scripts should be for her staff, because she wasn’t going to be there. She was going to have two of her staff members there, and what kind of interactive things we should have for the pets and for the kids. Now, we specifically created this to transcend time so that when they’re there and when they want to do it again and again, they don’t have to redo the whole thing. It’s just certain pieces that you have to swap out, you know? Oh, it’s not trunk or treat. It’s not Halloween. It’s something else now. So we came up with all of the scripts and the open ended questions, and we had our goals on signing people up and how many people we wanted to sign up and what a signup looked like.

And we did all of it. And then it was this weekend, and I’ve been following them online, and I’ve been over here squealing like an excited mom, because not only did she execute this, and, of course, put her own little spin on it. It was so creative and it got so many people at her booth that she exceeded her sign up goal, which is really amazing. Really, really amazing. And I’m not going to tell you the exact details or whatever because, you know, we created those during our sessions. But let me tell you that it is going to be translated into lots of revenue for new clients. But not only that, this is where it gets to be. This is how jumpers jump, you guys.

And if you’re listening right now and you’re feeling stale, I really encourage you to reach out. Let’s talk. I want you to be a jumper. If you are ready to start, like putting things to action. If you’re ready to meet me halfway, this could be you, too. Just reach out. Jumpconsulting.net forward slash 20. So the other way, amazing thing that happened.

And I know she won’t mind if I do this because she. She never minds. It is so fun to read these. I am out. It’s. I was. I was at the farmers market. I forget where I was.

It doesn’t matter. And I get this, this message from her and she’s literally like, this is so funny. Two people asked for jobs yesterday. Several said they wanted to work for us. And I overheard another saying she saw our ad and was going to apply. So she came by during the day to check on her staff. And not only. And what do I say all the time? Especially with better marketing with Bella, I say three things.

You are missing out on two things, because most people who want to market for you only market for new clients. Your marketing should also be attracting employees, and it should also be attracting partners in your area. Three things. Okay. And that’s what our strategies teach in better marketing with Bella. All right. It’s not just three or $500. Yes, that’s the cost.

Three or $500 a month for graphics? That would be ridiculous. Uh uh. There’s so much strategy that goes into it that pays you two, three, four times what you actually put down. And it’s why we have lifers in the program. So don’t knock it till you try it or give me a call and I’ll tell you if you’re good for it. But anyway, she said this person was so excited about a while back that she came from a bigger business in Miami, and she was sad that she decided not to accept the job offer email yesterday and wanted the job after all after seeing them. Right. Another person messaged and said, she spoke to me a long time ago and sees we have just kept growing and growing and growing.

And she wants service now, too. This was someone who, like, originally applied for their company. Now she wants to be a client. It’s just. It’s amazing because this isn’t the first time this kind of thing has happened to her. And here’s what I want you guys to hear, and I’m about to play this, and what I’m about to play is one of her newer employees. And what you can’t see, because this is a podcast, is this gal is all dressed up. She’s got a blue wig on, she’s got like, cat ears on, she’s got her face done up.

She’s. She’s very halloweened out because she’s going to the event, I think it is. And her name is Anna. And she just. Her caption on here is, we love that Anna has joined our team. And here’s what she said. Ready?

Well, I think the cat’s out of the bag. Come on. What do you expect from me? I have a second job working with a company called Wonder Pups. And today was the trick or treat at the Emerald coast zoo. That was a lot of fun. And now it is straight into the spanish trail trunk or treated, where my van is going to be one of the stops for all of the trick or treaters out there. So if you have time tonight from five to seven is the trunk or treating. But at 07:00 will be the movie Casper underneath the pavilion.

So I hope you guys will come out. And as you saw in the previous slide, there is a way for you to scan that QR code to get $100 towards a wonder pups service. So if you are in need of dog sitting, dog walking visits for. For your pets at your homes, we are available to do that. So scan that QR code and I hope to see you guys tonight for a very spooky trunk retreat.

What? What? Are you kidding me? So someone is. Is on her team creating these videos, tagging her company, then showing this scan code for the special treat she was giving away. $100 gift card. So I guess I can tell you. Cause they told it publicly. And that’s one of our things. It’s like we have these big, huge scan code. QR code, rather.

And you can change it out for every single event and it goes to a different spot. And yeah, those details will. Will hold back for now, but it’s a process. And so, guys, the biggest thing and the hardest thing is that a lot of times our business, whether it’s. We’re doing a. What I call Booth in a box, or you’re setting up payroll or you’re setting up marketing or you’re setting up whatever system it is. The problem is, is that people don’t systematize it and put it on like a workflow and then, and then evaluate that and make sure that it still works. Because what happens is when you don’t do these things and you don’t intrinsically think about, what do I want to get from this? And then let’s create that around it.

That’s when you win. That’s when you win. You don’t win when you’re like, oh, that’s a cute idea. Okay, I’ll go let, um, I’ll just do pup treats or I’ll go have some scooping for litter at my booth. But you have no idea why you’re doing it. There’s no point or rhyme or reason to it. There’s no script that goes along with it. There’s no goals that go along with it.

And so I just really have to celebrate Leia because she has come so far, so far in less than a year and she’s one of the most hilarious people, too. You should see some of her messages inside of our group. Um, but, you know, she has fear just like everyone else and she has self doubt and she has overwhelm and she’s doing four h and she’s also doing dog training and she’s got two kids, um, one or two in bands. I forget you guys, I’m so sorry. Um, active wife. Like, she’s just like, she’s got a lot going on and she’s making this happen and I’m so proud of her. And her branding looks amazing. She got a really great website with our good friend Erica at Barking blog and then we worked on the website, too.

And we still are working on the website and changing it and tweaking it as we see fit. And things are just constantly. When you have it spread out, then you can identify what part that you need to tweak and adjust. So my challenge is still here for you fellow listeners, loyal listeners, thank you so much for listening. I hope this is inspiring you to think, like, yeah, you know what? I can do this too. Or what are you doing over and over and over again, expecting a different result than what you’re getting. Maybe you just need a little bit a better strategy. Maybe you need it to be pointed in the right direction without getting your ankle twisted.

Maybe you need someone like me who is so stinking excited for you. It’s like, you guys are all my extra kids. Like, I’m just as excited for you as I am for Olivia because it makes me so happy. Why does it make me happy? Because you’re making money. It makes me happy that you are making money. It makes me happy that you are always getting an Roi on what I give you. Anyone who works with me, I swear to God I will work until the death of me to get you an Roi. But you have to show up.

I’m talking about the people that will show up. You can’t just purchase something and slap a sticker on something and think it’s going to work. You have to put in the blood, sweat and tears. But I’m going to tell you how to do it with the least amount of energy, time and effort because I’ve been doing this for 20 years. I have hundreds of businesses that have been ridiculously successful. And this is truly my life’s purpose. It is to help people and it is to inspire you to change your. I can’t to.

I can. So I am so excited. You guys should go check her out because I’m sure if you go look up wonder pups right now, you on Instagram, you can go to click on our reels and you can see some of this stuff that I’m telling you about. But my goodness, I am so excited. And I. I thought it was really interesting and important to show you guys that the actual things. And I love doing this on the podcast. I’ve done it many times over the 400 plus episodes we’ve done that.
I come back to you after I’m teaching something and I come back to you and I say, look, here’s an exact example of someone who literally just did this and look at the results. It just takes effort. And I want to ask you, how much effort are you going to put forth? Are you putting forth? You could put forth, let’s say, 100% effort. But if it is in the wrong direction with the wrong crowd of people, with coaches that are just scripted and talking off of chat GPT all the time, it’s not going to help you. I want you guys to make sure that you’re following the right people, that you have the right. Sometimes it might not even be a pet business coach, because I got news for you. Money is money. A p and l is a p and l.

They don’t necessarily have to be. In our industry, you are a servant. Home based service business. Most of you guys with employees, and there’s a lot of people that can help you. There’s a lot of people that can mentor you. There could be people that don’t even know you, and they are your mentor because you listen and absorb all of their stuff. But when you’re ready to actually take it to the next level, and if you really want someone who’s gonna motivate you, who’s gonna push you, who’s not gonna give you the sugar coat. Oh, like, you know all, I’m done with the fluff.

I’ve been doing this long enough. I don’t. I don’t need the fluff. And I’ve heard from a lot of my clients, at least the ones that work with me, is that they don’t want the fluff. They want the straight brass tacks. And here’s the thing. I can come across that I know it’s best, and it’s my way. It’s not really my way, because the first thing I ask the people that I work with is, what is your goal? What do you.

What does this look like? What do you want? And then we form that way. Leah said that she wanted to spend more time with Voriah and with her kids and building her training, and she didn’t want her husband to think that she was having an affair with her business. My words, not hers, by the way. Okay. She wanted to be able to have those date nights and be able to spend time with her family and not always be taken away by the business. So we built a life around that. I have so many clients that have different yet similar different things they want to do, but at the end of it, at the crux of all of it, everyone wants time and financial freedom. What they do with their time is going to vary, and the amount of financial freedom varies.

But I want to help the people that are ready to get going. You don’t need to wait for a brand new year to start when everyone else is starting. How about you be 30% up by January right now? How about we start working together right now? How about you join the mastermind, and you get me, Monday through Friday, helping you write emails on the spot that you can send out and instantly make hundreds of dollars off of? I do this because I, if you haven’t heard this yet, love you guys. I love doing this. I don’t do it for the ego if I did, or. And I don’t do it for popularity if I did, I wouldn’t be so unfiltered. If I did, I. How do I say this? I don’t care what other people think of me and you shouldn’t either.

You should care about what makes you happy in your life, what brings you the most peace and joyous. And you probably got in this business because the pets bring you peace and joy. Because the thought of having your own business and having financial and time freedom make you happy. And that’s what you wanted to build. And if you’re not at that place right now and you are open to being coached or guided, I have a lot of different ways we can do it. You could just sit and listen to 400 plus episodes of this podcast. You can go through my 500 plus blogs on my website and download everything and, and, and do it that way, which is probably going to be information overload, quite honestly. Be careful how much you’re learning and how much you’re signing up for.

And be careful that you’re actually putting more into action than you’re learning. Some of you need to hear, stop learning. Stop signing up for courses and, and finish what you started four months ago. First, focus and discipline are going to be the biggest things that’s going to make you a successful entrepreneur. Discipline and, yeah, that’s hard. I know many of you are self, self admitted ADHD, you know, all over the place, but that’s what makes a great entrepreneur. That is your superpower, if that’s you. All right, so the doors for better marketing with Bella are closing very soon.

Like I said, not only do we give you all of these assets like graphics and videos and Facebook covers, but we also give you emails to send out to your clients that actually get you money and show you how to leverage those emails and all of the graphics and things to cross post and cross utilize them. You get a coaching session with me. You get group coaching sessions with me. There’s a lot. There’s an apps, there’s a lot. Now I invite you to check it out. Jumpconsulting.net forward slash marketing. The other thing is, I would love to talk to you.

If we have never talked, if we’ve never done a 20 minutes meeting, go to jumpconsulting.net forward slash 220 and get on my calendar and let’s talk. Because I want to know all about you. I want to know what your biggest challenge is, what your biggest celebration is, and one thing that I can help you solve during that call, it is not a sales call. It is truly for me to help you. Because selfishly, it is an injection of excitement during my days when I get to do that. Yeah, truly. All right, you guys, this has been another episode of Bella in your business. Special shout out.

Go follow Leah with wonder pups spelled just the way it sounds. Go find her. Follow her. Tell her you heard her on this podcast. Wish her a belated happy birthday. And remember, when life gets you down, always keep jumping. And shoot me an email. Bye now.
