Welcome to another episode of Bella in your business. Today’s episode is dropping on July 18, which is my birthday. And if you’ve been following me online, you know that on Sunday, we dropped a heck of a deal. Every year around my birthday, I always drop a birthday sale. And I think it’s something that you guys have started asking me for because, you know, to anticipate it. So, as you have anticipated, that’s what this episode is going to be about. I’ll get right to it and just cut to the chase. We are offering you guys 63% off of one-on-one coaching instead of six sessions that you can use within six months. So it’s whenever you need them. You can do them once every month, once a week, once every two weeks, or sporadically, whatever you want. That’s what we can do. And that is on sale. It’s normally $3,991 on sale, down to $1,499, which is 63% off.
The other offer is the mastermind, and that is, you join the mastermind for your first month for 50% off. These two are created to kind of appeal to everyone. The mastermind is a month-to-month subscription, but honestly, people are usually in there for at least two years because once you get going, you kind of don’t want to stop. And I’m going to go more into that. The one-on-one, of course, is a little bit more of an investment. But that’s you and me, one-on-one. That is not only just the how-to specifically for your business and your secret sauce, but it’s also, I think, one of the most important things, working through all of the challenges that you have in your head, all of the, “Yeah, but what if…” Orlando. “Oh, my gosh, I’m scared about this,” or “How do I do that?” or “Where do I go to get that?” A lot of that comes down there. So, I want to give you a couple of stories, a couple of testimonials here that we’ve experienced, and that I just want to let you know. Because anyone that you gave your hard-earned money to really should have proof in the pudding.
For those of you who don’t know me, I started my own pet sitting company from 2002 to 2016 here in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was mostly pet sitting, although we did do dog walking as well. When I was 25, I was awarded nationally and locally. It was Naps, the pet sitter business of the year in 2007, as well as the Arizona Phoenix, sorry, Arizona Republic, 35 under 35 entrepreneurs. And 2007 is also when I started coaching. I went full-time with coaching in 2018, and that was, you know, once I started coaching, I realized that’s what I love to do. I love being your cheerleader, your butt kicker, and I love being able to motivate people to a place of action. I cry with my clients. I cheer with my clients. I really do take it personally, that your success is my success, as a matter of fact.
For example, Stephanie reached a critical moment after a decade in the pet sitting world. She felt really lost after the pandemic, and she was on the verge of literally shutting down her business. She was like, “I can’t do this anymore.” And I think a lot of us kind of went through that. But then she joined my mastermind, and with our no-bull approach, she committed to a year because you can also get a discount if you sign up for a year. She reignited her passion and carved out this fresh path. She had so many wins that she was able to spend time with her child and her husband, and move and flow in her company in a way that she always desired. It was beautiful and inspiring to watch her work hard and that is contagious energy because when you’re in the mastermind, there’s other people doing that too, like Becky from Paws around Motown, who took our mastermind reels training to heart. She ramped up her marketing, and as a result, she was named Small Business of the Month. She also had her whole entire staff start to take on reels in social media. She’s cross-trained people. You may have heard her on this podcast before. She’s talked about her whole hiring process.
I actually did an intensive with her where I was in Chicago, and she flew from Michigan, I think she’s in, and came over, and we spent a whole day together. I remember I actually still have the pictures from when I was teaching her how to post a reel. And now they’re dominating. They’re absolutely dominating. She’s amazing. She shows up to all of the hot seats that we have in the mastermind. Just today, we had, at the time of this recording, we had Liz Illig talking about what to do in your business if something happens to you or someone you love. And we were talking about SOPs and who is your number two and your number three? What’s your contingency plan? And Becky was there for that. We were laughing, believe it or not. We were cracking up. She just had some really good stuff to add to it, and it’s just always really cool to see her there.
Another member in the mastermind, Sue, shattered her revenue goals, hitting over $17,000 in a single month and reclaimed her weekends, which was one of the goals that she was working on. And you bet your bottom dollar we all celebrated. When was the last time you had a bunch of people around you that was celebrating or that also knew what you were working on and kept reminding you of it? Right? Where do you get that inspiration? Or is it just like another day, Groundhog Day? Another one came in, and she ditched all of her outdated practices that were actually creating a lot of extra work. Right. You might have heard me say before, don’t spend ten hours doing something when, if you can streamline it and get a really good workflow, make it to two hours. And that was another mastermind member’s success. I mean, there’s so many.
We also had someone else that just became like the top of their market, where top talent was contacting her through the different methods that we discussed in our hiring an employee month. And we really got her to become a magnet for that. And it was to the point that people were literally waiting to work for her, or they were working at a dog rescue and sending her updates so that they could be like, “Hey, I’m still interested, and I’m sharpening my skills.” This is real life for my jumpers. Okay? My jumpers. I say my jumpers do it differently because some of our ways of doing things might be a little bit untraditional, they might be a little outlandish. But these are kind of like what Apple has posted before. And I just love this. They say, here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square hole, the ones who see things differently. They found they’re not fond of the rules. They have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify them, or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see them as genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do. And I’ve always loved this saying. In fact, I think I need to get that for my office.
But that just reminds me of jumpers, all kinds of jumpers out there. The ones that I work with, the people that are actually making things happen, they’re just incredible, and they’re inspiring. And when you’re around that, you are who you surround yourself with. It is such a good place to be. Another one, you know, we had this gal who had a lot of self-doubt, and I know none of you guys battle with that, right? She had a ton of self-doubt, and she was able to turn that into innovative solutions and regained this confidence to thrive. This is what I call being the boss in charge. And it is so beautiful to see this transformation.
The way that we have the mastermind set up, one of the many elements that our members have access to is goal tracking. And they have their own thread. So it’s really cool when you go through this thread and they post on their thread when they have specific questions about their business, and so things don’t get all disorganized in there. They can track it, and that’s the exact thing. They can track it. So you can scroll back to all your comments or your past goals or your past questions and be like, “Wow, that’s what I was battling with last year.” I’ve come so far, and it’s really motivating. Like, what do you have right now to track your business growth, to look back on and be like, “Oh, am I in the same place?” Or have I grown? Have I achieved these goals that I’ve been looking on? And so being part of a community in the mastermind is vitally important. It will help get you out of the rut. There’s always something going on. Literally, there’s always something going on. There’s postings. We meet three times a month. They’re all recorded. So if you can’t meet, that’s cool. If you do meet, I’m telling you, the people that show up to these calls are the ones that are the movers and shakers. They’re the ones that are making leaps and bounds in their business, and it is so exciting to see it happen.
Now, maybe you’re someone who wants to have a one-on-one with me, which is awesome. You want to do it on Zoom, you want to have it recorded so you can listen back to it forever, and you want to, “Hey, I want to talk about pricing today, I want to talk about websites, I want to talk about sales, I want to talk about boundary setting. I feel like my business is running me. I want to figure out how to be a better manager of my employees. I want to figure out how to make my business work for me. I want to figure out how to scale. I want to figure out if my systems and processes need to be smoothed out or a better hiring system or training or onboarding.” There are so many things that I have talked with people about, and it always becomes a reflection of who you are. So these one-on-one sessions, you do get personal. It is a vulnerable moment. I’ll be really honest, because in order to work on something, yeah, we could be tactical, for sure, but we also have to talk about the human, the person that is making these decisions. There’s a reason why we all perform differently, and it’s because of everything that we carry around with us, how we grew up, how we think, how we talk to ourselves, who we surround ourselves with. And these one-on-one sessions are absolutely amazing.
I trained this one gal who had a pet stain company who also wanted to open up a dog training business, and she thought it was completely out of the realm. And, like, “Who am I to be doing this? But I’ve always had this dream.” Girl, no problem. We figured it out. We set a whole plan for her, and we made it happen. We have another one-on-one client who was just facing a lot of industry challenges and things that everyone in other groups or the way of doing things, since, I don’t know, the 2000s, that’s the way she was doing them. And it was really competing with what her end goals were for her company. And so what we did is we changed her systems and her marketing and her sales and her pricing to directly reflect back to what it needed to be in order for her to get what she wanted. So sometimes in these sessions, it’s like, okay, what’s your why? And what do you want from your business? And while everyone’s pretty much the same, spoiler alert, it’s usually time and financial freedom. Okay, can I get an amen out there? The way in which people achieve that is drastically different. Everyone’s situation is different. Their home life is different. Their goals are different. Their lifestyle is different. And that’s where we’re able to really get into that nitty gritty and really discuss how that is going to help someone.
I’ve had clients before that were really just down in a rut and needed to fall in love with their business again. And through these sessions and having homework and having little rituals that I assigned them to do every day, it really made their business take a 180. And again, it’s just so fun for me when I get on these calls with you guys and I’m able to be like, “All right, so where are we at today?” Either, what do you want to talk about? Or what have you accomplished since then? Where are you stuck? Sometimes we end up getting into a Google Doc and creating like, interview questions, or we end up creating emails that are going to go out because maybe you’ve had something that’s just been stuck on your desk forever and you have not been able to get out of it, and you’ve been procrastinating because you’ve had these mental roadblocks. It is time for you to give yourself the gift to get over that and onto the next problem. If you have been trying to achieve something for more than the past three months and you’ve stalled out or hit a wall or you’re not sure where to go, one-on-one sessions can be really, really helpful, and they’re at your pace, and we get to talk about what you want.
So this year, I really want to extend that 63% off. Six sessions are only $14.99. And then for the mastermind, I want to extend 50% off to you for the first month. So, in all honesty, the mastermind is month to month, so there’s no contract. If you decide this absolutely is not for you, you don’t have to keep going. You can be like, “All right, bye.” But I’ll tell you, we’ve never had that happen before, ever. It’s only $177 a month normally, and if you were to get that on this birthday sale, it’s only going to be $88, $88.50. All right, that’s not too much. That’s like maybe three dog walks, right? Take a chance on yourself. Let me challenge you and show you how to make goals. Let me offer you the opportunity to have a business bestie, aka an accountability partner. Let me offer you the ability to have live access to an HR professional, the only place in the pet industry that you can get that, and then get access to every single question she’s answered since January of 2018. Let me give you access to the guides where we have twelve topics of four-, five-, eight-, 400, whoa, six years.
So that’s six months essentially on every single topic. Six months’ worth of teachings and videos or trainings on every single kind of thing that you can think of, from employees to systems and processes to sales, to goal setting, to financials, to websites, to… there’s so many things. So many things. It’s a treasure trove. And if you show up, that’s where you get the opportunity to really interact with these experts. This is not like some boring slideshow where you might have attended before, where there’s a talking head and it is boring and they are talking to you and it… no, no, no, no. Our chat is like going off like a party, and all of our members get to interact with our guests as if we’re just sitting around on the couch with dogs on our laps and a yummy cup of coffee in our hand, just chatting and inspiring about what you can do to move forward on that topic. So every month there’s a different topic. And then you also have a hot seat where it’s kind of like group coaching, where we all just kind of come together and talk, like, “Hey, what do you guys want to talk about today?” And there’s always the most interesting subjects where so many times people come through it and they’re like, “Wow, I didn’t think of it that way.” Or, “Hey, can I message you on the side, or can we chat and you could tell me more about how you’re doing that?”
There is real camaraderie and momentum that is being built by all of that. So we have our live guests, we have the hot seat, we have the HR person. Those are our three meetings that we have every single month, and they’re all recorded. And then you have the accountability partners, you have my teachings. There’s so much good stuff in there, and then you get me Monday through Friday. It’s like I’m in your back pocket to sit there and coach you. So it’s pretty remarkable in any capacity. If you have been sitting on the fence and thinking, “Yeah, Bella, one day, one day, one day.” Well, I encourage you to think that one day is today because I don’t throw sales out there often. And now is your chance. If you want to finish out 2024 strong, if you want to know that you’ve got Bella in your back pocket, who’s not going to give up on you, who’s going to fight hard for you, then I really encourage you to take advantage of these sales. All you got to do is just go to jumpconsulting.net forward slash mastermind, or go to the show notes, really go to the show notes, and you can get the discounts here.
Truth be told, I am on a birthday vacation as this is going to be posting, so I am recording this a little bit earlier because I believe in taking some time off and I practice what I preach. From my heart to yours, I hope you find this valuable. I hope to work with you one-on-one. You really make my day smile. I, truth be told, could be having the worst day, and I get on with one of you, and I just feel so invigorated because I truly love helping you. I hope that as you’re listening, you are the next person that I get to work with and grow with. So thank you for listening to another podcast episode. We are just shy of our 400th episode. Oh my goodness. Longest-standing pet sitting podcast in the industry. I started ten years ago in 2014, and we’ve been coming to you every Thursday since then. So if you have any topics that you’d like to hear about, I would love to hear them. It would actually be a relief because I’m not thinking about what should we talk about. But thanks for listening today and I hope you take me up on these offers because, like I said, they don’t come around often. Now is your chance. Let’s do this together. I promise to be fighting with you and helping you pave a path toward solutions of all of your dreams. And I’m going to leave you how I always do. Remember, when life gets you down, to always keep jumping. Bye now.
