Do you ever feel like there’s never enough time in the day to get it all done? Between managing schedules, keeping clients happy, and trying to grow your business, it feels like you’re stuck in an endless cycle of juggling to-dos and STILL falling behind. What if there was a way to lighten the load – without burning out? That’s where AI tools for pet business growth come in.
In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on how pet business owners JUST LIKE YOU are using AI to save time, money, and energy. Another shaved hours off their weekly schedule by automating tasks they thought would always take forever.
Here’s the thing: this isn’t about becoming a tech expert. It’s about figuring out how AI tools for pet business growth can work for YOU.
Think about it—what would it feel like to take back control of your time? To stop drowning in tasks and start focusing on the stuff that actually grows your business (or gives you a break)? That’s what this episode is all about.
So, grab your coffee, hit play, and let’s dive in. By the end of this episode, you’ll see how AI can help you work smarter, save money, and finally get ahead.
Let’s make 2025 your year.

Welcome to another episode of Bella in your business. Guys, I am so excited. I just. I have to say that, you know, last year, I was. I was wanting to be creative, and it wasn’t that creative, and now this year, I’m on fire. Like, this year is so exciting for me, and I believe that this year is also going to be very exciting for you, because AI is here. Yeah, I told you, I’m not going to stop talking about it. So part of me is thinking, oh, gosh, I might, you know, really push away people who don’t want to hear about AI, but the other part of me is like, you know what? If you don’t want to hear about AI, then we might not be in good alignment this year.
Oh, that was really, like, in your face. That was a little bold, and I hope you can understand the undercurrents of my heart with this. Not only am I all in on AI for my business and have actually been since the middle of last year and figuring out a way to, like, translate this all to you guys, but now I am fully. I. I will die on this hill that if you do not start incorporating AI into your business, you’re going to fall behind. And I am going to die on that same hill that I die on, where I believe that all businesses should have employees and not ICs for lots of different reasons. And the other thing that kind of goes on in my head is that, guys, I have over 420 episodes talking about everything business, and these are only just the first few that have started talking about AI. I did talk once or twice last year about it, but not as much as I am about to.
So strap in. We’re going to be. Keep talking about it. And I am dedicated to. I don’t know if I’m going to keep this analogy or not, but be your strainer. So you strain. You know, you boil some water, right? And then you strain out the water. Sorry, you.
You. You boil pasta, and then you strain out the water, and you’re left with the goodness. Right? Well, I am dedicated to being your strainer this year. There is going to be so much that’s going to overwhelm you with AI. There’s going to be. You’re gonna get attacked by ads eventually for this. This company called Sintra that tells you that it’s gonna get you all these fabulous little employees, and they look like the robotic Care Bears, and that’s gonna fail you, and you’re gonna try that, and you’re gonna try it, and it’s not gonna be good and you’re gonna say AI doesn’t work. And I just, I really encourage you and, and just, just beg you to.
And please don’t tell me that it doesn’t work unless you and I have literally got on a call and done this. I will literally get on like my 20 minute calls now. They’re filled with AI stuff. You’re in the mastermind. I will get on a Zoom with you and share screen and, and create something with you if you’re in the mastermind in my community. But I keep trying to tell myself that I’m gonna remember to do this. Guys, if you like this podcast, will you please, please give it a review and don’t forget to subscribe. That would really, really help.
I do that all the time. I like to listen on Spotify. That’s where I listen to my podcast. So I’ve got my music and then there’s a tab at the top for podcast. And then that little, once I’m subscribed, it means that I don’t forget about it. And every time there’s a new episode, it just shows up. It’s like, great. So please, please, please make sure that you subscribe to it.
Um, but anyways, back to AI and our business. If you let it, and I am letting it, your 2025 can be amazing. Like, you’re not gonna have to hire writers to create content for you because your AI is going to literally put it in your voice. It’s going to do it better than you do it. Like that person I just posted all over the Internet last week, said in my community last week we did staff schedules and guys, I got to tell you, we had one member in there that was using. She has a pretty large business and she was actually using a software to help her do her schedules. She was spending $1,700 on it a month. Seventeen hundred dollars.
And she literally said, if you look at my Facebook page, my Bella Vasta Facebook page, you’ll see it. I screenshotted it. She said, I don’t have to use this software anymore. You just saved me seventeen hundred dollars. And it happened so quick. It’s actually amazing. In the demonstration that we did, we, we got one of the members in our community and she got on Zoom with me and we took one of our schedules that she’s usually doing for her staff and, and we put it in and then she goes, oh, wait, there’s train tracks there. So we want to equate for that.
So we put that in too. And guess what? It equated for it and it did it exactly the way she would have done it. Guys, AI is here, it works and I am so committed to showing you how it works in your specific business. You can take these really big, you know, expensive classes where they’re going to teach you the theology of it and teach you all of this high level stuff and it’s going to be dictated in a classroom where you’re going to be lectured to or you have to watch a video. Oh boy, I’m bored just talking about it. Or you could be in a dynamic place where you’re learning exactly how your colleagues are doing it. You can learn from their questions like it is, it’s just remarkable and amazing and, and I just, I love it. So we showed how they could do staff schedules.
We, we showed how to break down goals into bite sized tasks. Now yeah, this is our goal and vision month and so that makes sense for 90 day goals. But what about when you’re literally, you just need to decompress. When you forgot to take chicken out for dinner tonight, your kids got a soccer game, you got four meetings, you barely have time to like breathe, let alone eat. You’re dehydrated, you weren’t able to take that walk that you promised yourself yesterday you were going to take. You have your phone dinging from clients because they won’t put it in the system. Your friends are saying, hey, did you get my message two days ago? Are you still alive? And maybe your mother’s calling just to, you know, talk. You have all this stuff going on in your life and sometimes you just need to decompress.
One of our members, I, one of the things I keep preaching is use it and use it in certain ways. And she just did. I just got a message from her and she said, you know, she had, she has dyslexia and she has a lot of stuff going on in her life, in her business life, in her personal life. And it’s like, how do I juggle all of it? And so she used our methods and did like a 10 minute recording which probably would have taken 25 minutes if she typed it all out. And, and did that. And then she told it she had dyslexia and she needed it color coded and she needed in a chart like it was un amazing what she came out with and I’m just so proud of her because the more areas that you use it in your life and the more systems that you use because it’s not always chat GPT, the better you’re going to be. And we’re talking about it all the time. We had our first AI lab on Monday of this week and it was phenomenal.
We had people that were like so excited to just jump into it and I talked a lot. But we also did a lot of show and tell, if you will. We talked about how it was going to make their life better. We talked about some of the questions they might have had for the trainings that I’ve been posting in there and how to do it. One person said she’s excited because she can, she’s really amazed at all the things she can do to create better process and environment for her staff to keep the business up to date with the times I was showing people how to create their own bots. Like it was amazing. Someone said this is really long but let’s see. Do it.
Really intrigued me. And there was one. I’m trying to find it right now, but it was, it was absolutely amazing and it blew me away. And it was like, yes, this is exactly what I’m looking for. So she. Yeah, I mean it’ll take me a minute and I don’t want to waste your time doing that. But guys, I just. The meaning of this entire pod is to tell you that 2025 really can be a year.
2025 is where like, you know, something that used to take three hours and a lot of brain power and a lot of creativity can be done in 25 minutes now. And it can be done better than you ever could have done it for way less, for basically free, where you would have had to find someone, hire someone, pay someone, wait, get revisions, go back and forth, hem and haul over it. And when you’re doing the revisions, that’s at least a half hour each of your time, right? When you already don’t have time. So I don’t know, I don’t know what it’s. It’s kind of a no brainer for me. It’s an absolute no brainer and. But clearly it’s not a no brainer for everyone. So I truly want to hear your objections to AI.
What? That it’s not that it’s only for techie people. If you know how to do messenger or chat, you know how to do chatgpt. What the tough part is is it’s changing your mindset to understand things. For example, and I don’t know if I told you guys this the last last week, but I wanted to talk to one of my friends, Angela about some business stuff, but I wanted to kind of flush out the idea and we couldn’t get our schedules to align. And then I was like, wait a minute, I can use chat GPT. And I got on it and I instructed it in C in a certain kind of way that it was amazing. But, like, you have to be able to know how to do that. This week, I also.
This week, I also cloned not just my voice, which you guys heard a couple podcasts ago. I think it was 407. I could probably be wrong, though, but I also cloned myself. And then what it does is it matches up the audio and it matches up the video. And, like, I did not shoot the video and I did not record the audio, and it created. I gave it the script of the transcript of my last podcast, and it’s me sitting at my desk talking, and it looks like me now. The audio needs to be adjusted a little bit. And that was my first go at it.
And there’s actually a lot of different things that you could dial in. But why does this matter? Well, how many of you guys are not getting in front of the camera because of your own insecurities or your own fears? This now allows you to get in front of the computer and connect with or in front of the camera and connect with people in ways that you never have and in a way that they don’t even know it’s not really you. Or headshots for your staff or headshots for you. We have one member who has her profile picture as her AI headshot. She did not put on that makeup. She did not get those accessories. She does not even own those clothes. And yet it is her profile picture because we’re showing her how to do it.
It’s absolutely amazing. What more do you want to hear about AI? What more do you want me to teach you in the Mastermind? Because, oh, boy, I’ve got a running list. It’s not slowing down. It’s not a fade. The Sam Altman, the. The head of ChatGPT is actually meeting with. I think it’s the president and security. I forget who hi up to.
Talk about where we are actually at with. With AI right now and how smart it is. It used to predict what the next letter would be. Now it analyzes, understands, and, like, thinks about it. Oh, that word. Common sense. That everyone’s trying to find someone who has common sense to hire. That’s AI.
AI has common sense. What? Yes. And it is literally passing tests better than the normal general public. Okay, I want to hear what you guys want to hear about. I want to know what things excite you or what can. Like just. Just like your questions or maybe your reasons for why you’re not doing it. Shoot me an email, bellajump consulting.net.
send me a message on messenger or in on Instagram and Bella Vasta everywhere. Find me and let’s do this. Let’s do this together. I do not want you working more. I want you working less. And I want your confidence and your excitement and your level of pride to be so high for you and your company and your business. Guys. Let’s do this together.
I wanna remind you that when life gets you down, to always keep jumping. And I will see you again in the next episode. Talk to you soon. Bye.
